Whenever I need an afternoon pick-me-up lately, I’ve been making a pot of this Citrus & Ginger Green Tea. Made with fresh citrus, ginger, and green tea, this tea blend is vibrant, refreshing, and uplifting!

Citrus & Ginger Green Tea

Makes 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 green tea bags

  • 4 orange slices

  • 2 lemon slices

  • 1 grapefruit slice

  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced

  • Honey to taste (I use about 2 tsp for the whole pot)

To make:

  1. Add the green tea bags, orange, lemon, grapefruit, and ginger to a teapot.

  2. Add boiled water and steep for 3 minutes. Remove the green tea, lemon, and grapefruit to keep the tea from becoming bitter.

  3. Add honey to taste. Enjoy!
