Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Infused Water
My go-to drink for summer hydration--Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint infused water!!
If you're struggling to drink enough water on hot days, this super simple infused water is for you. It's wonderfully refreshing, super cooling, and so delicious!!
To make this drink, simply add a few slices of lemon, cucumber, and a few sprigs of fresh mint to a glass or small pitcher. Fill with water and let infuse for at least ten minutes (the longer you let it infuse, the stronger the taste will be!).
After drinking the water, you can refill your glass or pitcher throughout the day to keep re-infusing and enjoying all day long.

Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Infused Water
Ingredients:
1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3-4 springs of fresh mint
Cold filtered water
To make:
Add the cucumber, lemon, and mint to a glass or pitcher. Fill with filter water and let sit at least 10 minutes to infuse.
Refill with water throughout the day to re-infuse and keep enjoying all day long!
Note: Please be sure to dispose of the cucumber, lemon, and mint at the end of the day to ensure food safety.
