Heirloom Tomato Salad with Basil Dressing

This simple Heirloom Tomato Salad is one of my favorite ways to enjoy super fresh and beautiful heirloom tomatoes from the farmer’s market. Made with my fragrant and summery Lemon Basil Dressing and topped with crushed pistachios, this recipe is kept super minimal to let the ingredients really shine.

heirloom tomato salad with lemon basil dressing

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

To make:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into ¼ to ⅓ inch slices and layer onto a large serving dish.

  2. Drizzle with the lemon basil dressing. 

  3. Use a rolling pin or mortar and pestle to roughly crush the pistachios. Sprinkle the pistachios on top and serve right away. Enjoy!!
