Holiday Cheese Board

Jump to Recipe

Perfect for holiday gatherings, this festive Holiday Cheese Board is made with an assortment of different fruits and cheeses. To make this board, we’ll create a “wreath” of rosemary around a wheel of brie cheese, and garnish with cranberries and pomegranates for a pop of red.

Holiday Cheese Board

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • Small wheel of brie

  • Raspberry jam

  • Rosemary

  • Crackers (I used Trader Joes Raisin Rosemary Crackers)

  • Sliced cheddar cheese

  • Manchego cheese (or another cheese of your choice)

  • Green olives, such as Castelvetrano

  • Grapes

  • Cranberries

  • Rosemary Marcona almonds

  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

To make:

  1. Use a small cookie cutter (I recommend a star or snowflake shape for the holidays!) to cut out a piece from the top of the wheel of brie. Remove the cheese, then fill the hole with raspberry jam. Use the cookie cutter to cut the sliced cheddar cheese into shapes.

  2. Place the brie on the serving platter and arrange rosemary around the cheese to create a “wreath”. Arrange the crackers, cheese, olives, and grapes around the board. Top with cranberries, almonds, and pomegranate seeds for garnish.
