Hydrating Green Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz coconut water

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen

  • 1/4 mango, frozen

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled

  • 1 handful fresh mint (about 1/4 cup)

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • 1 tsp hempseed (optional)

To make:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away!
