Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Yogurt and frozen bananas add creaminess, while pumpkin puree, vanilla, and spices add the comforting, classic pumpkin pie taste we love. Pumpkin is also rich in vitamins and antioxidants, so it’s a great way to start your day with some extra nutrients.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)
2 frozen bananas
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or cashew or coconut yogurt for a vegan version)
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)
To make:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
