Rosemary Sunflower Seed Crackers
These Rosemary Sunflower Seed Crackers are one of my favorite fall snacks. They’re savory, aromatic, and super easy to make.
Earthy, fragrant rosemary and nutty sunflower seeds are a delicious combination, and nutritional yeast adds a rich, cheesy flavor.
Pair these crackers with your favorite dairy-free cheese, a spicy hummus dip, or even a homemade soup.
Rosemary Sunflower Seed Crackers
Ingredients:
2 cups sunflower seeds, unsalted
1 tbsp chia + 2 1/2 tbsp water, soaked for 15 minutes
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp minced rosemary
1/2 cup water
To make:
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until a dough forms (it's okay to still see pieces of sunflower in the mixture).
Spread onto a parchment-lined baking tray and roll out into a very thin layer, making sure the layer is even.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool completely then break into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
