Fall is almost here, and I couldn’t be more excited for the change of season. Even though it’s still August as I’m writing this, I’m already making pumpkin spice lattes, dreaming up cozy autumn recipes, and switching up my home decor. Autumn won’t be here soon enough!

To get the fall vibes flowing, I created a few Autumn-inspired, warm and cozy essential oil blends that I’ve been loving lately! These six blends celebrate my favorite things about the season, from apple picking and wearing sweaters to Halloween and falling leaves.

If you don’t have an essential oil diffuser for these blends, don't worry—you can also diffuse them on the stovetop, use them in room sprays, or put them in reed diffusers—I wrote a blog post on each of these methods if you want to check it out!

Fall Essential Oil Blends

Sweater Weather

• 2 drops fir or pine essential oil

• 2 drops cinnamon essential oil

• 1 drop neroli essential oil

Autumn Morning

• 2 drops cinnamon essential oil

• 2 drops sandalwood essential oil

• 2 drops vanilla oleoresin

Pumpkin Picking

• 2 drops sweet orange essential oil

• 2 drops cinnamon essential oil

• 2 drop clove essential oil

Spooky Season

• 2 drops patchouli essential oil

• 2 drops fir or pine essential oil

• 1 drop neroli essential oil

Falling Leaves

• 3 drops sandalwood essential oil

• 2 drops fir or pine essential oil

• 1 drop cinnamon essential oil

Apple Orchard

• 3 drops cinnamon essential oil

• 2 drops ginger essential oil

• 1 drop patchouli essential oil
