Basil Lemonade

πΏ BASIL LEMONADE RECIPE πΏ Ingredients: 1/2 cup granulated sugar 4 cups filtered water 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn 1. To make the simple syrup, add the sugar, basil, and 1 cup of filtered water to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and let sit until completely cool. 2. Strain the simple syrup into a pitcher. Add the lemon juice and 3 cups cold filtered water. 3. Serve over ice. Enjoy!!
