Chocolate Sea Salt Granola

This simple Chocolate Sea Salt Granola is one of my favorite meal prep recipes. This rich, crunchy granola is perfect either on their own or in a parfait with yogurt and berries!

Chocolate Sea Salt Granola

Makes about 2 cups of granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cacao

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

To make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until completely combined.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment, then spread the granola mixture onto the tray in an even layer.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the granola is dry and crisp. (Note: The granola will continue to dry and become even crunchier as it cools, so be careful not to overcook it.) Enjoy!!
