London Fog (Lavender Earl Grey Latte)
What’s better than a comforting London Fog on a rainy day? Made with earl grey tea, lavender, milk, and vanilla, this is one of my go-to tea lattes for chilly days—just add a blanket and a book for the perfect cozy morning or afternoon.
London Fog
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
4 oz boiling water
1 earl grey teabag
1 tsp lavender
4 oz milk (I used oat milk), warmed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey
To make:
Place the teabag and lavender in a jar or small pitcher and add the boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the tea into a mug.
In a separate jar or glass, froth the milk and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the milk over the tea, add the honey, and mix well to combine. Enjoy!
