Aside from its wonderful floral taste, this Love Blossom Tea tea also brings some excellent herbal benefits from its ingredients:

  • Chamomile helps reduce inflammation and promotes relaxation and restful sleep

  • Rose is uplifting and calming and has been used to treat depression, anxiety, and insomnia

  • Lavender can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, and insomnia

Together, these herbs combine to create an uplifting and calming tea blend perfect for sipping during a relaxing afternoon or before winding down for bed.

I recommend steeping this tea for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors of the flowers to completely infuse. I love to brew myself a little teapot with this blend, then refill it a couple of times and sip throughout the afternoon.

Love Blossom Tea

Makes 6 tsp of dry herbal tea (yields 2-4 cups )

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp dried food-grade chamomile

  • 2 tsp dried food-grade rose petals

  • 1 tsp dried food-grade lavender (feel free to reduce this amount if you find the taste of lavender a little strong)

To make:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a small teapot. Add boiling water and steep for 10-15 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Serve hot or iced. Enjoy!!

Note: If you’d like to only brew a cup of tea, you can use 1-2 tsp of this blend, depending on how strong you’d like the flavor to be. You can store the leftover dry tea in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 6 months.
