This beautiful, fun, and delicious Bagel Brunch Board is one of my go-to recipes for leisurely weekend breakfasts or brunch entertaining. It’s so easy to make, and the prep work is very minimal--all you have to do is buy and assemble store-bought ingredients, then dig in!

If you’re worried about making a meal everyone will enjoy, breakfast boards are a wonderful option because they offer so much variety. With everything from bagels and cream cheese to fruit and yogurt, this Brunch Board has something for everyone!

Bagel Brunch Board

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

Dips:

  • cream cheese

  • peanut butter

  • greek yogurt

  • jam of your choice (I used strawberry)

Fruit:

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 2 medium apples (such as fuji or pink lady), thinly sliced

  • 2 bananas, sliced

  • juice from ½ lemon

  • 2 bunches grapes (I used Thomcord)

  • 1 pound fresh black figs, halved (around 10 figs)

  • 1 cup raspberries and/or blackberries

Other ingredients:

  • 2 bagels, halved

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced

  • dried apricots and walnut halves (optional)

To make:

  1. Before you begin making your board, drizzle the lemon juice over the sliced apples and bananas. This will keep them from turning brown while you assemble and serve your board.

  2. Spoon the cream cheese, peanut butter, greek yogurt, and jam into small bowls and arrange them around your board.

  3. Add the bagels beside the cream cheese (this will create a little ‘bagel section’ on your board), arranging  them so they overlap over one another.

  4. Place the hard-boiled eggs on two corners of the board. I like positioning them this way so that they are separated from most of the fruit (otherwise you might risk your fruits picking up the taste/smell of the eggs).

  5. Add the blueberries next to the greek yogurt, either in a small bowl or directly on the board, to create a ‘blueberries and yogurt’ section.

  6. Place the sliced apples and bananas across the board. I like to arrange them in lines/zigzag patterns on a diagonal  (as pictured).

  7. Arrange the grapes, figs, and raspberries and/or blackberries on the board. To make your board extra pretty, I recommend starting by following the diagonal lines you created earlier with the apple and banana slices. Then, begin filling in any empty spaces on the board with your fruit.

  8. Put the finishing touches on your board by filling in any remaining space with the dried apricots and walnut halves.

  9. Add serving utensils and small spoons to the board before serving at room temperature. Enjoy!
