Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Makes
Ingredients:
1 cup filtered water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
To make:
Add the ingredients to a medium saucepan and whisk together until completely combined. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.
Let the mixture cool, then pour into a bottle or jar. Note: If you’d like the syrup to be extra smooth, pour it through a fine mesh strainer before storing.
Shake the container before using the syrup. To make a pumpkin spice latte, stir 1 tbsp of Pumpkin Spice Syrup into your coffee (or tea) and add milk. Enjoy!
