Radish Crostini
These whimsical and colorful Radish Crostini are super simple, yet incredibly delicious. They’re always a big hit whenever I make them for dinner parties and gatherings! Spicy, thinly sliced radishes and creamy butter (or vegan butter) complement each other beautifully—and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and minced chives bring it to perfection.
You can either create radish roses for this recipe like I did, or simply layer thinly sliced radishes over the top. For bread, you can either use a thinly sliced baguette, or cut white bread (such as sourdough) into pieces with a knife or round cookie cutter.
Radish Crostini tea sandwiches
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
One bunch of radishes, very thinly sliced (I used a mandolin slicer)
Bread (such as a sliced baguette, or white bread cut into bite-sized pieces)
Butter or vegan butter, room temperature
Flaky sea salt
Minced chives
To make:
Leave the thinly sliced radishes as-is, or make them into radish roses. To create the roses, slice the radishes in half, then tightly roll them up.
Spread the butter over the pieces of bread. Sprinkle with flaky salt and chives.
Top the pieces of bread with radish roses (if using), or a simple layer of thinly sliced radishes. Enjoy!
