Raspberry Matcha Chocolate Bars
Makes 2 bars
Ingredients:
2 cup white chocolate chips
2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries, crushed
Silicone chocolate bar molds
To make:
Make a double boiler by placing a saucepan with a few inches of water on the stove, then setting a heatproof bowl on top. Bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Add the white chocolate chips and melt, stirring often with a spatula, until smooth. Stir in the matcha powder and mix well until completely combined.
Turn off the heat and pour into chocolate bar molds. Sprinkle with crushed freeze dried raspberries. Let the chocolate set at room temperature for at least an hour.
Gently remove the chocolate bars from the molds. Wrap in foil or parchment paper and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
