Spring Mint Green Tea
This minty green tea blend is a simple recipe that’s perfect for spring. It’s refreshing and energizing, and the mix of green tea, lemon balm, and two kinds of mint makes it light but still really grounding.
It’s fantastic hot or iced, and it’s the kind of tea that’s perfect for slow mornings or a midday reset.
Spring Mint Green TEa
Makes about 2/3 cup dry tea blend
Ingredients:
4 tbsp green tea
2 tbsp spearmint
2 tbsp peppermint
2 tbsp lemon balm
To make:
Mix together the ingredients and store in an airtight jar. The tea blend will stay fresh for several months.
To make a cup of tea, steep 2 tsp of the tea blend in hot (not boiling) water for 3 minutes. Strain out the herbs and enjoy!
