These festive Holiday Ice Cubes are one of my favorite make-ahead recipes for holiday gatherings. Just freeze orange slices, cranberries, rosemary, and juice into ice cube molds, then serve with champagne, prosecco, or sparkling apple juice when it’s party time!
Holiday Ice Cubes
Makes 6 ice cubes
Ingredients:
1 small orange, sliced into half circles
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
6 small sprigs fresh rosemary
1 cup apple juice
1 cup cranberry juice
Large ice cube tray (I used this 2 inch ice cube tray, which makes 6 cubes)
Champagne, prosecco, or sparkling juice for serving
To make:
To each ice cube mold, add an orange slice. Divide the cranberries evenly among the cubes.
Divide the apple juice evenly among the cubes, followed by the cranberry juice. Press a rosemary sprig into each.
Freeze overnight. Remove the ice cubes from the mold before serving with champagne, prosecco, or sparkling juice.
